Most primary (first-time) rhinoplasty patients are candidates. Closed technique works best when reshaping can be achieved without needing wide open exposure. Dr. Erdal evaluates each patient individually and recommends the technique best suited to your anatomy and goals.
The nose looks significantly refined within 2–3 months as major swelling resolves. For most patients the result is well-established at 1 year. Patients with thicker skin may see gradual refinement over 2–3 years as the tissue fully matures.
